1. Session Fees & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.

• The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days prior to the session date. An invoice will be sent by Photographer.

• No session is guaranteed until the retainer is received.

2. Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

• Client may reschedule at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued; payments may be credited toward another session.

• Session time slots cannot be changed after purchase.

• If Client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and lost time will not be made up.

3. Outdoor Sessions & Weather

• For outdoor mini sessions, if weather conditions prevent shooting (including but not limited to rain, storms, or unsafe conditions), Photographer will reschedule the session to the following weekend, or another mutually agreed-upon date.

• No refunds will be issued for weather-related rescheduling.

4. Photographer Rights & Creative Control

• Photographer will deliver a proof gallery for Client’s image selection. Unauthorized downloading or screenshots of proof galleries is prohibited. If detected, Client agrees to be invoiced for the additional images at the published rate.

• Client has 10 calendar days to make selections; reactivation of an expired gallery will incur a fee.

• Photographer retains full creative control over editing and post-processing. RAW files will not be provided.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Proof galleries will be delivered within 7 business days of the session. Final edited images will be delivered within 7-14 calendar days of the final selection.

6. Copyright & Reproductions

• All photographic works remain the exclusive property and copyright of the Photographer.

• Duplication, alteration, or reproduction of images without written permission is strictly prohibited. Prohibited alterations include filters, cropping, or other modifications.

7. Client Cooperation

• Client is responsible for the cooperation and behavior of all participants, including children and pets. Photographer is not liable for limited coverage due to lack of cooperation.

8. Liability & Indemnification

• Client releases and agrees to hold harmless Photographer, Photographer’s agents, and any session venue from any claims, damages, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the session.

• Photographer’s liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement.

9. Model Release & Promotions

• Unless Client opts out in writing before the session, Client grants Photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes.

10. Force Majeure

• If Photographer cannot perform due to circumstances beyond their control (including but not limited to illness, accident, fire, flood, or other acts of God), liability shall be limited to rescheduling or refund of fees paid.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Credits may be applied to future sessions in accordance with the above rescheduling and cancellation terms.
